3. Ordering
3.1 Product availability shown on the Site is subject to change without notice. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an email containing your order details and a confirmation number. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and Lulu Powers occurs when we send that confirmation email.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in price or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 All prices are stated in the currency indicated on the Site and exclude taxes and shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
4.3 In the event of an obvious error in pricing, we may cancel the order and refund any sums paid.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 We ship to the regions listed on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery times are estimates only.
5.2 Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Insurance and signature requirements are available at checkout where applicable.
5.3 Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise specified.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Our return policy is described on the Returns & Exchanges page. Typically, unless otherwise stated, returns are accepted within 14–30 days of delivery in the original condition with proof of purchase.
6.2 Items that are final sale (clearance, personalized, or specified categories) are non-returnable; these items will be clearly labelled.
6.3 To initiate a return, contact (lulu@lulupowers.com) with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
7. Product Descriptions & Care
7.1 We make every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate. Slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to the handcrafted nature of some items.
7.2 Follow care instructions provided with the product. Improper use or failure to follow care instructions may void return eligibility for damage.

All content on the Site text, images, logos, product photography, and design is the property of Lulu Powers or its licensors and protected by copyright and other IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without prior written consent.
